Southgate

One of Houston’s Hottest Inner Loop Neighborhoods, Southgate is a deed-restricted neighborhood located just west of the Texas Medical Center and south of Rice University. Named for its location near Rice University’s south gate, the neighborhood features a mix of renovated vintage homes and new construction homes.
